I have a large two story home in San Antonio, Texas. Since I am in a sunny warm weather state and desire to be very energy efficient I undertook two good efficiency measure to make my home more comfortable and to lower my utility bills. I sought products that would pay for themselves in energy savings in seven year or less (over 14% payback). I choose In'Flector Radiant Barrier Window Insulators for my windows and a white reflective roof covering. The results have been very gratifying. My utility bills are lower than homes in our subdivision that are 30-40% smaller than mine! My home is always comfortable and I have been very happy with my choices and the results. Dennis G. Roberts

Happy Friday, After paying off my home last week I discovered my stationary windows leaked behind the glass into the wall rotting it out completely. Now I have to remove my cedar siding on the whole home to check the double hungs and the casements for leaking. we did install In'Flector blinds downstairs. we will be adding exterior insulation new windows type tbd yet new metal roof maybe with thin film PV on it. moral of the story don't pay it off?
